Therapy is for anyone motivated to make real, sustainable change in their life. Maybe you’re tired of people pleasing and feel growing resentment toward someone you love. Or get triggered easily by certain people or conversations and shut down or avoid them. Perhaps you’re not feeling happy in your current relationship and wonder if it’s time to leave. Or make it better if you can.
I have been a therapist for over 20 years and am still passionate about what I do. My experience and training as a couple and family therapist make me uniquely qualified to understand relationship dynamics for individuals looking to make changes in themselves and their relationships.
I approach my work with warmth and curiosity. I believe in providing both support and challenge throughout the therapy process. While my work is grounded in systems theory (who we are and how we function in the context of our relationships), I use a variety of techniques, depending on your unique needs and goals.
I love my work, and consider it a privilege to partner in your journey of self-discovery and growth. Psychotherapy is an ever-changing field, and I am committed to my own continuing education and self development both personally and professionally.
