Individual Therapy

When life becomes overwhelming, it can challenge your beliefs about yourself and impact your interactions with others. We’ll build on your unique strengths to affect change in your life. Change may come in the form of new thoughts and perspectives, new feelings about yourself and others, increased ease with difficult people or situations, or different behaviors and reactions that feel healthier.

Therapy may challenge you in unexpected ways which is why I believe in self-compassion and finding ways to cultivate self-compassion both in the process of therapy and in your daily life.

Common issues I work with:

  • Relationship Issues: partners, family, friends, coworkers
  • Adjustment to life events (expected and unexpected)
  • Adjustment to life changes: career, young adult, mid-life & aging
  • Personal Growth
  • Perfectionism
  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Grief, Loss & Bereavement

Options for meeting:

I currently offer psychotherapy services in person and via video/telehealth for Colorado residents. Before we meet, we’ll discuss the best option for you and me based on several factors including but not limited to health and safety, presenting concerns and accessibility.

For teletherapy visits, I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

I am available to answer any questions you have about meeting in person or via video during our initial phone consultation.
