Supervision & Consultation

Good therapists aren’t created overnight; they develop over time with challenge, support and intention. I am passionate about supervision and as part of my commitment to providing quality supervision, became an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. This process involved supervision-specific research and coursework, experience supervising, and being mentored by experts in the field of supervision. As a former program director, I trained and supervised graduate and doctoral-level intern therapists and have been providing supervision at various levels (pre- and post-masters and consultation to licensed clinicians) since 2009. Additionally, I am a lecturer in the Couple and Family Counseling Program in the School of Education and Human Development at the University of Colorado Denver. I work with individuals and small groups interested in:

  • LPC licensure
  • LMFT licensure
  • Post-licensure consultation
  • Supervision of supervision and mentoring

Options for meeting:

I currently offer psychotherapy services in person and via video/telehealth for Colorado residents. Before we meet, we’ll discuss the best option for you and me based on several factors including but not limited to health and safety, presenting concerns and accessibility.

For teletherapy visits, I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

I am available to answer any questions you have about meeting in person or via video during our initial phone consultation.
